Today I'm sharing a great project I made PB{pre-blog}. It would be a GREAT mother's day present for your Mom. I actually used it as a birthday gift for my Mother-in-law. She LOVED IT!
Here's how you can tell it's PB. My pics are horrible. :( At least I'm learning a few things as I go along, right?
Here's the close up. Oh you evil, evil flash.
This template for the tree and everything was over at Heartland Paper. Since all of the directions are on their site, I will just tell you what I did differently.
- I used a metal tray I found in the plate section at Ikea. It was about 7.99, which was much less than any other alternatives I found. It wasn't as big as the original so that's why the tree was hanging on the border. I like it that way though.
- I used Mod-Podge to adhere everything and to make my photo magnet rocks. The tutorial doesn't really say what they used
- I used much smaller stones for the pictures. I had a lot of folks to get on there! It would be neat to use larger stones for a small family and have nice big pics of everyone.
I'm linking up over at Aly & Ash's Mod Podge Link Party. If you have a Mod Podge Project, go link up too!

Thats great! I thought I would mention that I am takin' a stab at your shadow box bank and was going to send a link back to yours. Gotta give props where they are due!! Keep up the awesome projects girl!!
