Father's Day Dinner #GrabSummerFun

Happy Father's Day! I hope everyone is having a wonderful day! Summer time is full of really great reasons to get together as a family. I thought it would be really fun to put together a family dinner for Fathers Day to honor my husband and my Dad. I feel so blessed to have such wonderful men in my life.
We were having this get together at my Mom's house, so I wanted to keep it simple in terms of food prep. Tombstone Pizza and Nestle Drumsticks to the rescue.
I went on a shopping trip to Walmart to get everything I needed for our party. First up was the pizza, I picked up some Garlic Bread Pizza and some Double Top pizza. The Double Top has 2x the toppings. Yum!

We also needed some Drumsticks for dessert. They have so many varieties to choose from.

I ended up picking the Cookie Dipped Drumsticks. They were so good. Next time though, I just might have to try the Pretzel coated Drumsticks. Those sound awesome too!

Next, we made the pizza. We added some fresh from the garden green bell pepper, basil, and mushrooms to the garlic bread pizza for the more adventurous pizza partakers. The garlic bread pizza was my favorite by far. I stuck to just the pepperoni side. So yummy!

After dinner we had a little break for swimming lessons. Then we finished up dinner with some Drumsticks. It is good I snapped pictures at the beginning, we had some pretty chocolatey faces at the end of our cones.

A few weeks ago we made our Father's Day fishing pole presents to give for Father's Day. My husband really loved his treat! Instructions for the fishing poles are HERE.
