Bunny Buns Rolls Fail

My daughter gets to bring snack to preschool tomorrow. I always try and bring something cutesy and holiday themed, see here, here, here, here, and here.

This time around I thought I would try out the cute little 'Bunny buns' rolls recipe by Rhodes rolls.Well you can see how they turned out below. The top is the Rhodes and the bottom is mine.

Talk about a fail. However, they are still going off to preschool tomorrow. I added some cinnamon and sugar and I bet they are still mighty tasty.
In case you are wondering what happened, I used the Texas size rolls instead of the regular rolls. Well at least I think that is what the problem was. They looked fine before they went in the oven, but morphed out of control while cooking.
