I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting (#MC) for RadioShack. I received a gift card to facilitate a shopping trip and promotional item as a thank you for participating. We decided to take our shopping trip on Black Friday. If a store can keep things running smoothly on Black Friday, then they can pretty much handle anything. I even took the whole family along to see what they thought. We were all very happy with my Radio Shack shopping experience.
It's no surprise my husband loved it. They have tons of tech gadgets like you would expect plus they still have all the component pieces for building your own electronics. We use to go on dates to electronic stores just to wander out and see all the different merchandise. Needless to say, he's right at home in RadioShack.
The kids all the tech and remote controlled toys.My kids love music and dancing around, I know they would love this i-Fido.
I had the kids browse around for awhile so I could get a sense of what they might like. Then I sent them off with their Dad and I picked out some remote control hover crafts. They look much easier to fly than a traditional remote control air plane. This is the point when my favorite part of the RadioShack experience occurred. Throughout our shopping trip we had several employees offer to assist us. Well, I told one employee that I was buying Christmas presents for the kids and he snuck the toys behind the counter for me and held them until I was ready to check out. Great prices can get me into a store, but it's great customer service that will keep me coming back.
So are you all done with your holiday shopping? I'm nearing the finish but I still have a few things left to pick-up.
Check out the RadioShack Holiday Hub for lots of great gift ideas!
