Meatball Stuffed Pull-Apart Italian Skillet

Ingredients
  • 12 frozen Meatballs
  • 6 Frozen Dinner Rolls
  • 1 cup Bertolli Riserva - Asiago Cheese and Artichokes
  • 3 Tbsp shredded Parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp Mozzerella
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic Powder
Instructions
  1. Thaw the meatballs and let the dinner rolls set out 30 minutes or until soft. Cut each dough ball in half. Stretch the dough out enough to completely cover the meatball. Pinch the seams together well. Place the stuffed rolls in a ring around the outside of a greased cast iron skillet.
  2. Cover the skillet with a kitchen towel and allow the rolls to rise to double their size(1.5-2 hours) in a warm place.
  3. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  4. Cook the skillet 10-12 minutes or until the rolls have begun to brown. Remove from oven and brush the rolls with olive oil. Sprinkle the rolls with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Pour the Bertolli Riserva into the center of the skillet and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese .
  6. Turn the oven up to broil and return the skillet to the oven for 2-3 minutes. Keep a close eye to prevent burning the rolls.

  8. If you want to skip the skillet, place the rolls on a greased baking sheet and bake 12-15 minutes. Serve with Bertolli Riserva sauce and enjoy!
