This tropical smoothie will give you a boost of energy to help recover from all your weekend warrior adventures.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup vanilla honey greek yogurt
  • ½ - 1 cup lite coconut milk
Instructions
  1. Add the pineapple, mango, and greek yogurt to the blender.Pineapple Mango Recovery Smoothie - A delicious tropical smoothie for after working out , strenuous activity, or just because it's tasty.
  2. Add ½ cup coconut milk to start.
  3. Pulse the blender a few times to get started and then blend on high until smooth.
  4. Add up to an additional ½ cup coconut milk to reach your desired consistency. Personally, I love a thick smoothie, so I keep to ½ cup total.
